Turduckenfu

Some of you have heard that the ultimate Thanksgiving menu item the the turducken, a turkey, stuffed with a duck, stuffed with a chicken.  But in fact, fellow meat lovers, we can go one better.  Stuff the chicken with tofu.  This is so you can have a tofu dish to feed that vegan that always comes to Thanksgiving dinner and wines about the menu.
